Owners Adam Smith & Charles Dobosz have worked closely together for over a decade with a shared passion for hospitality and exceptional cuisine. They are dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients from a trusted network of suppliers, highlighting quality and provenance in every dish. Together they have created a selection of seasonally inspired menus specifically for The Private Rooms, with perfectly complementing drinks packages and wine list.
We will be pleased to assist you with every detail of your event, from initial enquiry to service on the day; along with Executive Chef Mike Zuger who can expertly adapt the enclosed menus to suit personal tastes and dietary requirements
